Backend Developer (.net and python)

Senior Backend Developer , you will play a key role in building and scaling the backend systems that power our products and services. Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs
• Build and optimize high-performance, scalable systems for production environments
• Work with large-scale data processing pipelines and backend infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, well-architected solutions
• Ensure system reliability, security, and maintainability across cloud and on-premise environments
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy

Qualifications & Skills Required
• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer
• Expert-level proficiency in

Python

(FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks)
• Strong proficiency in

C# / .NET
• Solid understanding of

RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming
• Experience with software design patterns, testing, CI / CD pipelines, and Git
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have
• Experience with

voice SIP trunking and telephony systems
• Background in

AI engineering, AI agents, or AI system integration
• Familiarity with

Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable cloud infrastructure
