Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice – International Process)

Candidate must have any GDS Tool knowledge (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)

Location: Remote
Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our international process team. The role involves handling customer queries through voice and chat channels, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and chat support
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Comfortable working in an international process environment
- Willing to work in night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus (Freshers can also apply)
